This organic coffee was produced by the Chinatec tribe of Oaxaca, Mexico.
The small farms of this region are able to grow excellent coffees due to the high elevation and moist biome in which they are situated. Mountains trap clouds within the arid landscape of the valley to create a semi-tropical cloud forest ideal for producing quality coffee.
This coffee was hand picked, fully washed, and dried on patios.
