Tastes Like: Red Apples, Full Body, Dried Berries
In the 2018 harvest year, three Villatoro cousins: Rodin, Petronilo, and Milton worked together
to launch a natural process coffee from their family farm. With Rodin supervising the drying process
and all three contributing coffee from their microlots, they are proud to offer this unique product for
the first time this year. The coffee in this bag contains beans from Rodin’s high-altitude microlot, named
“Las Cuevas” (trans. “The Caves”) for many caves dotting the mountains of Hoja Blanca.
