The beautiful Red Honey coffee comes from producer Edwin Norena, who has been described as a wizard of coffee. The processing of this coffee takes around 10 days and involves a carbonic macerated (with the cherry skin) and anaerobic method (without the cherry) which takes place in enclosed tanks. After the long processing, the coffee is laid out to dry on raised beds. All of this “wizardry” creates an intensely fruity and sweet coffee.
