This coffee is harvested from a woman-owned farm, which is very rare in Ethiopia. Her name is Mrs. Gemedech and her farm practices a regenerative farming model and has a very limited environmental waste impact. The coffee was dried and processed using a natural/sundried method that Ethiopian producers have perfected for years.
