Introducing a new coffee from our friend Luis Guzman. This bag shows what the hard work of one man can bring to the table. This washed caturra coffee remains in the cherry for 18-24 hours before being delpulped, and is processed in an aerobic tank with a total fermentation time of 80 hours.
